Observing the youths that use the close: meeting, drinking, canoodling. Wouldn`t it be great if there was a bar here, drink and cheer... something to do. There will be one soon with the new developments but perhaps not open for the canoodling kids. Open teases passers by, something is coming soon. Open to some, closed to others.
